Window Painting FAQs

Our splashes are usually painted on the outside of the window, in warm weather. Some designs can be painted on the inside.

 Windows should be cleaned with a non-silicone based cleaner before painting. CK Art Company can do this for an additional fee.

 Exterior splashes will last anywhere from a couple months to a couple years. Direct sunlight will fade colors more quickly, and weather exposed windows will deteriorate more quickly. We can spray splashes with a UV protective coating, for longer life.

Splashes are sprayed with water and detergent, and scraped off.
